I’m in the top 10% of bar/pub reviewers on Google Local Guides and I eventually decided that Google shouldn’t benefit from all of my hard work so now I have this site. I also note that this content is a niche that is only represented by the big players and hasn’t been addressed by many individual review sites. I like finding a new place to visit repeatedly and maybe bringing others. I like chatting with bartenders and watching the staff operate. I like to listen to people’s conversations and potentially engage. I like to have a beer or two or three if I’m not driving.
